Great product.
Had two issues.
Didnt work with my promotions and didnt work with our refunding workflow. However. One quick question to the support team and all my worries were wiped away by their quick, friendly and professional help!
Both issues were fixed within the day! :P
It should have costed us to have the refund issue fixed as it was not part of their standard workflow. However developers were very generous and helped us.
I appreciate all the help and the product works so great!

Best support ever
This extension works great; when I first installed it one year ago, I needed help because I ran into trouble, but literally within 10 minutes, the Webtex-team solved the problem. Now, one year later, there are problems again - not caused by the extension, but by my update to MAgento 1.9.2.4. Again: Once a support-ticket was opened by me, it took 30 minutes untill everything was fixed again. This support is outstanding, I can really recommend the extension for its great functionality and of course for the outstanding support. Money very, very well spent!

Great extension and great support from the devs!
We had some troubles with our particular setup when testing it the first time but thanks to great support from the developers this was quickly fixed. They did all the work for us.
